Welcome to Hartwood Roses
Hartwood Roses is a small farm nursery, located just north of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Our display gardens, scattered throughout our nine acre country property, contain over 900 different varieties of roses … with emphasis on rare and historic varieties, and popular classics that are well-suited for modern gardens.
Our own-root roses are available year-round, for pick up at the nursery or shipped to your door, in half-gallon pots, which provide garden-ready plants and are economical to ship. Visitors are welcome on Saturdays in season (check our Event Calendar for dates and times) and on other days by appointment.
